RESIN CARE TIPS:

This care advice applies to all resin jewellery. If you own resin pieces from other shops these care tips should still apply.

•    Avoid submerging resin pieces in water. I suggest taking your jewellery off before swimming, showers, etc. Resin is water resistant, but not water proof. Water can damage resin over time, and it can also damage the jewellery art print or findings.

•    Avoid storing your jewellery pieces in direct sunshine. Repeated sun exposure can cause some resin pieces to yellow over time. This especially applies to pieces that are clear.

•    Keep away from heat sources. Heat can make resin almost gummy like. This is not permanent and the piece will regain its normal hardness when cooled, but it is still not recommended.

•    Light dirt marks can easily be cleaned off with mild soap and water, and then buffing with a soft cloth. Try not to be forceful. It can leave scratched in your piece. NEVER use anything abrasive to clean your pieces. Jewellery cleaning solutions can damage resin.

•    It's best not to expose these pieces to chemicals or alcohol-based products such as perfume, hairspray, household cleaners or nail polish remover.

•    Resin jewellery is not fragile and does not break even if you drop them eventually. However, these materials can be scratched. Keep it away from sharp objects.

Just treat your jewellery with care and with common sense, and you shouldn't have a problem.
